We had a great event last week at Greenhill Condominium holding a Balance and Fall Prevention lecture with physical therapist Dalia Amar. More of those to come. Here are some upcoming practice events: 1. Walk With a Doc – it has to be warm by then, right? We’ll meet at the duck pond at Haverford College on Sunday 24th at 11:00 Hope to see you there! 2. Should I stay or Should I go?” We’ll discuss important topics related to “Aging in Place” such as maintaining independence, medical concerns, managing finances and support you might need to manage this process.
