Andrew Rosner, MD is proud to be a lifelong resident of the Philadelphia area. He grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia, attended the University of Pennsylvania for his undergraduate degree, and received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University.

My broad medical interests, along with a deep passion for preventative medicine, primary care, and building strong, lasting relationships with patients and their families, led me to the rewarding field of Family Medicine. I completed my Family Medicine residency training at Thomas Jefferson University’s Abington Memorial Hospital in 2014. Before joining LSR Wellness in the spring of 2023, I spent more than eight years in private practice in the Philadelphia suburbs.

Throughout my years in practice, I’ve always tried to follow the golden rule—treating patients the way I would want my own family to be treated. I believe empathy and truly listening to my patients are essential to building meaningful doctor-patient relationships and delivering the highest quality care.

Education is a big part of my approach. I work hard to ensure my patients understand their health conditions and what steps they can take to improve their well-being. I see healthcare as a collaborative effort, and I strive to partner with my patients so they can reach their best possible level of health.

I genuinely treasure the bonds I’ve built with my patients and their families over the years. It’s been a privilege to care for multiple generations within families, and I’ve been honored to be entrusted with the care of several physician colleagues and their loved ones. Since joining LSR Wellness, the practice model has given me even more time to dedicate to my patients, which I value deeply.

I live in Lower Merion with my wife and our three sons. When I’m not working or attending my sons’ activities, I enjoy volunteering in the community, cycling, photography, and traveling.
