LSR Wellness is an adult primary care practice in Haverford, Pennsylvania. The compassionate team led by board-certified internal medicine physician Dr. Lauren Rosen, is dedicated to caring for you and putting your health needs first.
Every team member of the practice strives for excellence in patient care. Continually inspired and motivated by her patients, Dr. Rosen believes that good health starts with excellent patient-doctor relationships. Through preventive care and women and men’s health, Dr. Rosen and the team take the time to address your unique health concerns. Dr. Rosen attended Wellesley College and then the Medical College of Pennsylvania (currently known as the Drexel College of Medicine) for her medical school training, joining an accelerated program called 3 + 3, which focused on primary care. After graduating with her degree, she pursued her residency at the university, served as Chief Resident, and found her calling in internal medicine. After practicing on the Main Line for more than two decades, Dr. Rosen founded LSR Wellness in October 2021. Dr. Rosen is currently accepting patients to her waitlist for membership.
Andrew Rosner, MD is proud to be a lifelong resident of the Philadelphia area. He grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia, attended the University of Pennsylvania for his undergraduate degree, and received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University.
Dr. Rosner’s broad medical interest as well as his passion for preventative medicine, primary care, and building a strong bond with his patients and their families led him to the rewarding field of family medicine. He completed his family medicine residency training at Thomas Jefferson University’s Abington Memorial hospital in 2014. He has been a board-certified family medicine physician in private practice in the suburbs of Philadelphia since 2014.
We look forward to having him build his practice alongside Dr. Rosen. Dr. Rosner will start at LSR Wellness in early May. Dr. Rosner is currently meeting with and enrolling new patients.

As the membership coordinator, I am very excited to help you feel at ease and educate you about all we have to offer at LSR Wellness. I am also looking forward to having the time to build lasting and trusted relationships with each of you!
I grew up in Havertown and have resided in Springfield for the last 20 years with my husband and 4 children. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, kayaking, going to Philadelphia Flyers games, and relaxing at the beach.

As Dr. Rosen’s medical assistant, I am dedicated to making sure each patient has the best experience with personalized care.I have been a medical assistant for over a decade and look forward to furthering my career here with the LSR family. When I’m not helping the doctor, I’m tending to my household. I’m a mother of three young children who mean the world to me. We enjoy singing, dancing, and watching movies together. We also enjoy spending time at the beach. Since my family & I are always on the go, we love trying new restaurants. I love reading positive affirmations and listening to motivational videos / audiobooks.

I am very excited to be a part of the LSR Wellness Team. I look forward to helping you connect with Dr. Rosen for your medical needs. I have worked with Dr. Rosen for many years and am happy to continue my professional journey with her as her Practice Manager. Outside of the office, I love spending time with my husband, and watching our three sons play sports including football, baseball, and dance. I personally enjoy baking, cooking, and dancing. I find so much peace in dancing because it keeps me active and allows me to be myself by letting go of everything. I grew up watching the women in my family cook and bake. They always allowed me to join in. So when I feel like channeling my inner-child, I make food to comfort my loves.
