A customized plan of care, with close monitoring throughout the year with necessary adjustments, may include nutrition and fitness education/coaching, and various other holistic approaches.
These foundations are often missing and non-covered in the traditional healthcare and insurance system.

Fee reduced 15% for spouse or domestic partner of members who are aged 30+.
Payments can be made on an annual, quarterly, or monthly basis.
3% transaction charge for credit or debit card payment - no transaction charge for payment by ACH/bank payment.
