I am a board-certified internist with over 15-years of experience caring for adults in primary care and hospital settings. My new concierge-style practice focuses on preventative care, wellness, and longevity. It’s been exciting and humbling to build something so closely aligned with how I’ve always hoped to practice medicine.

In addition to clinical work, I am an educator and co-host of The Curbsiders, a weekly internal medicine podcast that uses expert interviews to bring listeners clinical pearls, practice-changing knowledge, and bad puns. The show uses a conversational format to explore a wide range of topics in medicine, seeking deeper understanding through expert insights into common clinical scenarios and conundrums. It has released over 500 episodes.
